SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17 Proclaiming April                                                                           
2018 as Sexual Assault Awareness Month, was read the second time                                                                
and was before the Senate on final passage.                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Senators Gardner, Coghill, Wielechowski, Begich, Egan, Wilson,                                                                  
Bishop, Costello, Giessel, MacKinnon, Stedman, Micciche,                                                                        
von Imhof, Shower, Olson, Kelly moved and asked unanimous                                                                       
consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without                                                                    
objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
